what the hail

this is my room

a 4-bed dorm

pretty messy but really comfortable

that's my private locker

so i could lock all my valuable stuffs inside

in today's morning

i met two guys from Holland

they came here for traveling and have nearly no idea about where to go and what to do

i took them to do some cheap shopping

and after that the Moomba Festival

the festival is like celebrating something

and there are entertainments around like the bmx bike shows, jet boat shows, live bands and more

we had a great afternoon since the weather is really sunny

by the time we finished our walks, here comes the hail

hail like a hell

in 5 minutes

the sun disappears

and hailstones in 1-inch size fell from the sky

i got hit by one of them and pretty hurt

what an experience!!!

the hailstorm is like a heavy rain

but instead of water droplets, it's solid ice balls!

and in another 5 minutes, the streets are flooded

the ice floats on the water and it's like standing on the antarctica

me and the two holland dudes were freezed

the city stops running and the movie the day after tomorrow is now on!

finally we found our way back to the city centre

which is geologically higher in altitude

which is less flooded

and walk our way back to the backpacker

and finished our trip with a hot water shower
